The method of delivery and cost vary depending upon the country of delivery. Please use the selection tool above to calculate your delivery charges. 1st class & Express delivery packages will require a signature on delivery but we are happy to arrange delivery to your work address, relative or neighbour.

UK Delivery Charges

UK delivery is charged per order, no matter how many parcels we send and whatever the size of your order. All orders received by 12 noon (Monday – Friday) will be despatched same working day. 

Free Delivery Delivery time is 3-5 working days 

Standard Delivery (signature required) Delivery time 2-3 working days

Express Delivery (signature required) Delivery time Next working day (if ordered before 12 noon)

Availability

We aim to hold all items in stock at all times. However, sometimes a product is even more popular than we expected and there may be occasional delays. If so we will advise you at the time of ordering and give you our best estimate of delivery times.

Order despatch

For orders placed before 12 noon we aim to despatch goods to you the same working day. Orders placed on Fridays after 12 noon and on Saturdays and Sundays will be despatched Mondays.

Christmas Deadline

When ordering for Christmas it is always advisable to order early to avoid disappointment. Last orders for Christmas delivery using our standard services UK is 12 noon 17th December 2012 and for express services UK is 12 noon 20th December 2012. Deliveries to Rest of the World last order date 12 noon 8th December 2012.
