When you order from us, we will ask you for your name, e-mail address, invoice address and delivery address. We will also ask you for a telephone number so that contact can be made urgently if there is a problem with your order. Refunds

Children's costumes are zero VAT rated in the UK and they are sent exempt of VAT. Adult costumes and children's costumes accessories have VAT included at the standard rate.
