When You Order

When you order from us, we will ask you for your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. We will also ask you for a telephone number so that contact can be made urgently if there is a problem with your order. We will never pass your telephone number or email address on to any third party.

Browse our on-line catalogue and follow the buy and shopping cart instructions. We accept Visa/Mastercard and Switch. If you are shopping outside the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency - for example US dollars. If you do not want to shop on-line you can send your order and credit card details by post, fax or telephone.

Refunds

Your Bill

You will get a receipt for the goods, sent with your order. If the items are delivered to a different address we will send the receipt to your billing address.

Tax

Children's costumes are zero VAT rated in the UK and they are sent exempt of VAT. Adult costumes and children's costumes accessories have VAT included at the standard rate.

We use Sagepay to collect your payment on line.  We DO NOT see and therefore do not store your credit card information.
