When You Order
When you order from us, we will ask you for your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. We will also ask you for a telephone number so that contact can be made urgently if there is a problem with your order. We will never pass your telephone number or email address on to any third party.

Making a Purchase
Browse our on-line catalogue and follow the buy and shopping card instructions. We accept Visa/Mastercard and Switch. If you are shopping outside the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency - for example US dollars. If you do not want to shop on-line you can send your order and credit card details by post, fax or telephone.

Back Orders
If your costume is not in stock, we will send it as soon as it is in stock. You will be e-mailed with an expected delivery date and an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Refunds
If you are not happy with any purchase you can return the item, (please ensure that you have proof of posting) and we will refund your credit card immediately upon receipt of the item. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your Bill
You will get a receipt for the goods, sent with your order. If the items are delivered to a different address we will send the receipt to your billing address.

Tax
Children's costumes are zero VAT rated in the UK and they are sent exempt of VAT.

Credit Card Security
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to collect your credit card details. All your information is then encrypted using PGP encryption. Your credit card number is then typed into our PDQ machine as if you were in a shop. No credit card information is stored.
